Terms and Conditions
Last updated: 19 August 2026
These Terms and Conditions govern the purchase and use of courses, digital resources and related services provided by Tiny Humans Talk.
Please read them carefully before making a purchase.
By placing an order through the Tiny Humans Talk website, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. Nothing in these Terms affects any consumer rights that you are entitled to under applicable law.
1. About Tiny Humans Talk
Tiny Humans Talk
Operated by: [INSERT LEGAL NAME / REGISTERED BUSINESS NAME]

Website: [INSERT WEBSITE URL]
Tiny Humans Talk provides educational courses and resources primarily for parents and caregivers relating to children's speech, language and communication development.
2. Who may purchase our courses
You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into a contract to purchase a Tiny Humans Talk course or digital resource.
Unless otherwise stated on the relevant product page, our parent courses and resources are supplied for personal and household educational use.
If a product is offered under different licence terms, those terms will be made clear before purchase.
3. Our courses are educational
Tiny Humans Talk courses and resources provide general educational information relating to children's speech, language and communication development.
They do not constitute an individual Speech and Language Therapy assessment, diagnosis or treatment plan and are not a substitute for individual professional advice where this is required.
Purchasing a course does not create an individual therapist-client or clinician-patient relationship between Tiny Humans Talk, its course creators and you or your child.
Children develop differently and individual circumstances vary. We cannot guarantee that a particular child will achieve a particular developmental, communication or other outcome as a result of using a Tiny Humans Talk course or resource.
If you have concerns about a child's development, health or communication, you should seek individual advice from an appropriately qualified professional.
4. Information about our courses
We aim to describe each Tiny Humans Talk course or resource clearly and accurately.
Before purchasing, you should review the relevant sales page and checkout information, including:
- what the course or resource includes;
- the price;
- the applicable access period, where relevant;
- whether any live, interactive or additional components are included;
- any particular technical requirements; and
- any additional terms or promotions applying to that product.
The information presented on the relevant sales page and at checkout forms part of your contract with us.
Images, previews and examples are provided to help describe our products. Minor presentation or design differences that do not materially affect the content or functionality of the product will not constitute a failure to supply what was purchased.
5. Placing an order
Our website and checkout are operated using Kajabi.
When you place an order, you will be asked to provide the information reasonably required to process your purchase and provide access to the product.
Before completing your purchase, you will be shown the price payable and any other relevant charges.
A contract between you and Tiny Humans Talk is formed when your purchase is successfully accepted and you receive confirmation of the order or access to the purchased product.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order where there has been:
- an obvious pricing or technical error;
- suspected fraud or unauthorised payment activity;
- a breach of these Terms; or
- another legitimate legal or security reason.
If we cancel an order after taking payment and you are entitled to a refund, we will refund the relevant amount.
6. Prices, taxes and payment
The price payable for a course or resource will be clearly displayed before you complete your order.
Prices will include applicable taxes where required by law, or the applicable tax treatment will otherwise be shown before you place your order.
Taxes may vary depending on factors such as the customer's location and the nature of the product.
Payment is processed through the payment provider or providers enabled through our Kajabi website.
Tiny Humans Talk does not receive or store your full credit or debit card number, CVV or online banking credentials.
We may receive limited transaction information required to administer your purchase, such as payment status, amount paid, purchase date, transaction reference and refund information.
If an instalment or payment plan is offered, the total price, payment schedule and applicable conditions will be displayed before purchase.
Unless otherwise stated, agreeing to a payment plan is a commitment to pay the full purchase price in accordance with that plan and is not a monthly subscription that can simply be cancelled at any time.
7. Course accounts and access
When you purchase an online course, you may be provided with or asked to create a customer account through our Kajabi-hosted website.
You are responsible for:
- providing accurate account information;
- keeping your password and login details secure;
- taking reasonable steps to prevent unauthorised access to your account; and
- contacting us if you believe your account has been compromised.
Your course access is personal to you and subject to the licence included with your purchase.
You must not share your login details or provide access to somebody who is not entitled to access the course under the applicable purchase or licence.
The duration of access to a particular course or resource will be as stated on the relevant sales page or checkout at the time of purchase.
We will not describe access as "lifetime access" unless that is expressly stated as part of the relevant offer.
8. Immediate access and your right to cancel
Consumers purchasing online may have a statutory right to cancel certain contracts within 14 days without giving a reason.
Different rules may apply depending on whether the product is legally treated as digital content, a digital service or another type of service and depending on whether supply or performance has already begun.
Digital content supplied immediately
Where you purchase digital content and ask us to provide access immediately, during a statutory cancellation period, we may ask you at checkout to:
- expressly consent to the supply of the digital content beginning immediately; and
- acknowledge that, where applicable, beginning that supply will result in the loss of your statutory right to cancel.
Where the legal requirements for loss of the cancellation right are satisfied, you may no longer have a 14-day change-of-mind cancellation right once supply of that digital content begins.
Digital services
Where a product is treated as a digital or other service and you ask for performance to begin during a statutory cancellation period, different cancellation rules may apply.
Depending on the circumstances and applicable law, you may be required to pay for the proportion of the service supplied before cancellation, and your cancellation right may cease once the service has been fully performed where the required consent and acknowledgement have been obtained.
Your statutory rights
Nothing in this section removes a cancellation, refund, repair, price reduction or other remedy that you are legally entitled to.
Where you retain a statutory right to cancel, you may exercise it by contacting:
[INSERT CONTACT EMAIL]
You may use the model cancellation form at the end of these Terms, although you are not required to use that form if the law allows you to notify us in another clear way.
Where a statutory refund is due following cancellation, we will process it within the period required by applicable law and ordinarily using the same payment method used for the original purchase unless another method is agreed.
9. Additional refund policy
Your statutory consumer rights always apply.
In addition to those rights, we may occasionally offer a voluntary money-back guarantee or other refund arrangement for a particular course.
If we do, the conditions and time period of that guarantee will be stated clearly on the relevant sales page or at checkout and will form part of your purchase terms.
Unless a separate refund guarantee is expressly offered, we do not provide an additional change-of-mind refund once digital course access has begun where you no longer have a statutory right to cancel.
This does not affect your rights where a course or digital product is faulty, materially not as described, not supplied as agreed or otherwise fails to meet requirements imposed by applicable consumer law.
10. Problems with a course or digital resource
We aim to supply our digital content and services in accordance with the description and terms provided to you at purchase.
If you experience a technical problem, cannot access something you purchased, or believe a course or resource does not conform to your contract, please contact us at:
[INSERT SUPPORT EMAIL]
We will take reasonable steps to investigate and resolve the issue.
Where applicable consumer law gives you a right to have a problem corrected, receive a price reduction, terminate the contract, obtain a refund or exercise another remedy, nothing in these Terms restricts that right.
11. Intellectual property
Unless otherwise stated, all intellectual property rights in Tiny Humans Talk courses and resources belong to Tiny Humans Talk or are used by us with permission.
This includes, where applicable:
- videos;
- audio;
- written course material;
- worksheets and downloads;
- illustrations and graphics;
- presentations;
- course structure;
- branding;
- website content; and
- other educational materials.
When you purchase a course or resource, you receive a limited, personal, non-exclusive and non-transferable licence to access and use that material for the purposes permitted by the relevant product.
Purchasing a course does not transfer ownership of our intellectual property to you.
Unless we have given you written permission, you must not:
- reproduce or republish substantial course content;
- sell, sublicense or commercially exploit our materials;
- distribute course materials to others;
- share paid course access or login credentials with unauthorised users;
- record or copy course videos or audio except where a download function is expressly provided;
- upload or distribute our paid materials on another website, platform or file-sharing service;
- remove copyright, branding or ownership notices; or
- use our material to create a substantially similar course, resource or commercial product.
You may download, print and use worksheets or resources where the course expressly makes them available for that purpose, subject to the licence stated with the relevant material.
12. Acceptable use
You agree not to use our website, courses, accounts or resources:
- unlawfully or fraudulently;
- in a way that infringes another person's rights;
- to interfere with the security or operation of our website or Kajabi platform;
- to attempt to gain unauthorised access to another person's account;
- to distribute malicious software or harmful code;
- to scrape, systematically extract or reproduce protected course content without permission; or
- in any other way that materially breaches these Terms.
If we reasonably believe an account is being used fraudulently, unlawfully, in a way that creates a security risk, or in material breach of these Terms, we may temporarily suspend access while we investigate.
Where appropriate, we will give you an opportunity to resolve the issue.
Any suspension or termination will be exercised reasonably and will not affect rights you have under mandatory consumer law.
13. Information about children and interactive features
Our services are directed to adults rather than children.
Please do not post or send unnecessary identifying, medical, developmental or other sensitive information about a child through course comments, community features, contact forms or customer-support channels.
Where a course provides an interactive feature, you are responsible for ensuring that information you contribute is appropriate and that you have the right to share it.
We may remove content from an interactive area where reasonably necessary because it:
- contains inappropriate personal or sensitive information;
- infringes another person's rights;
- is unlawful, abusive or harmful;
- is spam or unauthorised advertising; or
- creates a privacy, safety or security concern.
14. Availability and technology
Tiny Humans Talk courses are delivered online and depend on technology provided by us and by third-party service providers, including Kajabi.
You are responsible for having a suitable device, internet connection and compatible software or browser necessary to access the course.
We aim to keep our services reasonably available but cannot promise uninterrupted access at every moment. Temporary interruptions may occur because of:
- maintenance;
- updates;
- internet or hosting problems;
- third-party platform outages;
- security incidents; or
- circumstances outside our reasonable control.
Where reasonably possible, we will take steps to restore access.
Nothing in this section limits any statutory remedy you may have where the service is not supplied in conformity with your contract.
15. Updates and changes to course content
Speech, language and communication information and best practice may develop over time.
We may therefore make reasonable updates to courses and resources in order to:
- correct errors;
- improve clarity;
- update information;
- reflect changes in evidence or guidance;
- improve technical functionality; or
- improve the learning experience.
We will not use this provision to materially remove or reduce the core product you purchased without a legitimate reason and without respecting any rights you have under applicable consumer law.
16. Results and testimonials
Any testimonials, examples, case studies or customer experiences shown on our website describe individual experiences.
They do not constitute a promise or guarantee that you or your child will achieve the same result.
Children's development is individual and may be affected by many factors that cannot be assessed through a general online course.
17. Our responsibility to you
Nothing in these Terms excludes or restricts liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or restricted.
In particular, nothing in these Terms limits your statutory consumer rights or excludes liability where doing so would be prohibited by applicable law.
We are responsible for losses that are a reasonably foreseeable result of our breach of these Terms or our failure to use reasonable care and skill where the law requires us to do so.
We are not responsible, to the extent permitted by law, for losses that were not reasonably foreseeable when the contract was entered into.
Unless a product is expressly sold for business or professional use, our consumer courses are supplied for personal and household purposes and we are not responsible for business losses such as loss of profits, business interruption or loss of commercial opportunity arising from consumer use of the course, to the extent permitted by law.
18. Events outside our reasonable control
We will not be responsible for a delay or failure to perform an obligation where that delay or failure results from circumstances genuinely outside our reasonable control.
Where such circumstances materially affect a course or service you purchased, we will take reasonable steps to minimise the disruption and will respect any cancellation, refund or other rights you have under applicable law.
19. Privacy
We process personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which explains what information we collect, why we use it, how Kajabi and other providers are involved and your data-protection rights.
Our Privacy Policy is available on the Tiny Humans Talk website.
Acceptance of these Terms does not constitute consent to receive marketing communications.
Where marketing consent is required, we will ask for it separately.
20. Third-party services and links
Our website and courses may use or link to third-party services, platforms, websites or resources.
Kajabi provides the main technology platform through which the Tiny Humans Talk website and online courses operate.
Where you choose to visit or use a separate third-party website or service, its own terms and privacy practices may apply.
We are not responsible for independent third-party websites that we do not control, although this does not remove any responsibility we have under applicable law for third-party services we use to fulfil our contract with you.
21. Promotions and discount codes
From time to time, we may offer promotional prices or discount codes.
Unless otherwise stated:
- promotions apply only during the period specified;
- promotional codes cannot be exchanged for cash;
- promotional codes may be subject to eligibility requirements;
- only one discount may be used per purchase where stated; and
- discounts cannot normally be retrospectively applied to purchases already completed.
Any specific promotional conditions displayed with an offer will apply in addition to these Terms.
22. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes to our business, products, technology or legal obligations.
The Terms applicable to your purchase will generally be those presented to you when you entered into the contract.
We will not retrospectively make a material change to an existing consumer contract in a way that unfairly disadvantages you.
Where an ongoing digital service needs to be modified, any modification will be made in accordance with applicable consumer law.
The current version of these Terms will be available on our website and the "Last updated" date will be changed when the Terms are revised.
23. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unlawful, invalid or unenforceable, that provision will be treated as modified or removed only to the extent necessary.
The remaining provisions will continue to apply where legally possible.
24. No waiver
If we do not immediately enforce a provision of these Terms, this does not mean that we have waived our right to enforce it later.
Similarly, nothing in these Terms prevents a consumer from relying on a statutory right simply because that right is not expressly repeated in these Terms.
25. Governing law and international customers
Tiny Humans Talk is operated from Ireland.
These Terms and our contracts with customers are governed by Irish law, subject to any mandatory consumer protections that apply to you.
If you are a consumer living outside Ireland, this choice of Irish law does not deprive you of consumer protections that cannot lawfully be excluded under the laws applicable to you in your country of residence.
Where permitted by law, the Irish courts will have jurisdiction in relation to disputes arising from these Terms.
Nothing in this section prevents a consumer from bringing or defending proceedings in another court where mandatory consumer law gives that consumer the right to do so.
26. Complaints and contacting us
If you have a problem with a purchase, course or service, please contact us so that we can try to resolve it.
