Emma O'Leary - Paediatric Speech & Language Therapist (Pathologist)

Hi, I’m Emma O’Leary — a paediatric Speech and Language Therapist (Pathologist), mum of three, and founder of Tiny Humans Talk.

I graduated from Trinity College Dublin in 2009 with a BSc in Clinical Speech and Language Studies, and I’ve spent over 16 years supporting children and families with communication, language and speech development.

Tiny Humans Talk was created to give parents practical, evidence-informed support they can use at home — without jargon, overwhelm or pressure.

My goal is to help you feel more confident supporting your child’s communication in everyday moments, while recognising that every child develops differently and every family deserves kind, realistic guidance.

Away from clinical work, I also share everyday family life, parenting, travel and practical home tips through Life With Tiny Humans — an online parenting community of more than 100,000 people.

That community has given me a deep understanding of what parents are really looking for: clear guidance, realistic strategies and support that fits into busy family life.
